李珍珍,讲师,2009年至2013年就读于山西大学,获得理学学士学位,2013年至2018年就读于中国科学院物理研究所,获得理论物理学博士学位,2018年至2020年于北京计算科学研究中心做博士后,2020年至今于山西大学物理电子工程学院工作,主要从事碳硅等半导体以及半导体表面界面物性等第一性原理计算研究,并在Carbon、Physical Review B等学术期刊发表论文。
